Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and ends April 30, 2021! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course until April 30, 2021 - across any and all devices you own.
What if we have a day AND overnight camp?
We all know that day and residential camps speak almost the same language but not quite. It's a little like Spanish and Portuguese - if you speak one you'll understand quite a bit of the other but some things will just sound wrong! So it will be easiest to get both bundles then, but if that's not affordable then you can either: 1. Pick the one you have a lot more staff for so you don't have to "translate" for as many people 2. Pick the one that has more stressed out staff (usually but not always overnight camp) and then ask the staff of the other to pay attention to what "sounds wrong" and adapt it intentionally to their own needs
